Returns / Return Procedure

I do my very best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. My photographs are accurate and I describe my items with as many details as possible. I make everything by hand, and take the utmost care that every piece is as I intended it before it is for sale.

Most of my customers are incredibly happy with their selections. I can count on one hand the number of returns that I have been asked to take. I want you to love the item that you invested in and will do as much as I can to make that happen.

No matter how rare, if needed I do consider returns of ready to ship items. Each request for return is considered on a case by case basis. I get so few returns, each is a new experience.

I do understand that online purchases are different than in person. So if for some reason you feel your item was not what you expected, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item and allow me to try to make it right. 

If no resolution can be found, I will in most cases allow a return on ready to ship items. (I can not take returns or provide refunds for custom orders). 

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Sale Items

  • Custom Orders

  • Made to Order Items

  • Personalized Items

  • Post back earrings, studs, or earrings with soldered (non-removeable) ear wires (for sanitary reasons).

  • Items worn, or returned late, or no longer in new / as sold condition.

I reserve the right to refuse a return under any circumstance that does NOT involve a defect of the item that would inhibit its wear-ability. In this rare situation I would prefer the opportunity to make a repair so that you may enjoy your jewelry item.

I reserve the right to refuse a return after 14 calendar days of receipt of your package being received has passed.

Once we have agreed on the return:

Your item must be returned to me in new (unworn) condition in its original packaging within 14 calendar days of the day you received it.

To make a return:

  1. Contact me first. Packages will not be accepted if I do not know they are coming. Once you contact me I will provide the address for your shipment.

  2. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.

  3. Items must be in perfect, as sold and unworn condition.

  4. Items must be repackaged in their original box and ribbon.

  5. Please repackage and then ship your item back to me using USPS, with insurance and tracking, and please provide me with the tracking number.

  6. In rare cases, your return may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  7. Once your item is safely back in my hands and checked for condition I will refund your purchase price minus any shipping or restocking fees applicable.

  8. Shipping fees if any will not be refunded.

  9. Items shipped to the United States must be returned within two weeks (14 calendar days) of original delivery date to qualify for a full refund.

  10. Items shipped overseas will be given some lee-way due to the transit time. I will work with you individually, so please contact me.
